Brian Rindall, P.Mgr – President and CEO, co-founder: Prior to starting Delco, Brian worked as an electrical designer for a power utility and with a systems integration firm providing site services to a variety of companies in the power utility, pulp & paper, and cement plant sectors. Brian received the Raj Manek Entrepreneurial Award for Business Excellence as a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan ’s College of Commerce Business Administration program. He also received the “Stellar Student Award” at the Queen’s University Executive Program for his top performance among 35 CEO’s and Professional Managers across Canada who attended the program. Brian specializes in process control automation and specifically, water treatment processes and the integration of membrane technologies.
Doug is one of the founding members of Delco. Prior to starting Delco, Doug worked as a Journeyman Electrician with a local electrical contractor. Doug has been involved in the wiring of various industrial control panels at a multitude of sites. His experience in control panel fabrication, CSA Standards, and Safety Programs makes Doug an excellent resource to manage the Manufacturing and Safety side of the organization.
Niels manages Delco Automation’s Engineering Group which oversees the delivery of all technical work packages for Delco’s portfolio of projects. The engineering group provides Delco Automation’s project deliverables: hardware and software design., IT, and technical publications services. Niels comes from a strong construction management background having supervised several large-scale multi-discipline projects. He is a Microsoft Certified Developer, and is highly regarded in his field.
Don has been instrumental in the development of our process control and security products and services. With over 20 years of project successes behind him, Don is well recognized by the industry as a leader in his field. He has managed many of the integrated security contracts and remains as a trusted security system advisor to our Correctional Services Canada, Alberta Infrastructure, and Public Works & Government Services Canada accounts.
